Served daily | 8:30am – 9:30am

Residents can enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast each morning to set them up for the day ahead, while non-residents are also welcome by advance booking.

Our popular lunch specials are served alongside our full menu from midday, offering everything from lighter bites to traditional pub classics. It's the perfect stop for walkers, cyclists, locals and visitors discovering the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

 

Dinner

Tuesday to Saturday | Served from 12:00pm

Our full menu is available throughout the afternoon and evening.

Our Sunday lunch has quickly become a favourite with locals and visitors alike. Alongside beautifully cooked roast dinners with all the trimmings, our Sunday menu also includes burgers, pasta dishes, fish and vegetarian options, making it the perfect choice for families and groups with different tastes.

Gluten-Free Dining

We're proud to offer one of the best gluten-free dining experiences in Castleton.

Many of our most popular dishes are available gluten free, including our famous Fish & Chips, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and a wide selection of dishes across our menu.

Our traditional Sunday roast can also be prepared gluten free, complete with all the trimmings and our homemade gravy. The only thing we're still perfecting is the Yorkshire pudding—but we're determined to crack it!
